Protection of personal data

1.1. The protection of personal data of a customer who is a natural person is regulated by Act No. 101/2000 Coll., On the protection of personal data, as amended, and the rules set out below in Article 1.2. to 1.9.

1.2. NAM system, a.s. processes the following personal data about the customer from the moment the customer applies for registration: name and surname, address of residence or place of business, identification number, tax identification number, e-mail address, telephone number, order history, invoicing, delivery notes, related documents with the contract (hereinafter collectively referred to as "personal data") for the purpose of:
a) fulfillment of rights and obligations of NAM system, a.s. from the contract concluded with the customer and for the protection of the rights and interests of NAM system, a.s. (e.g. debt collection, complaint procedures etc.),

b) for the purpose of sending information related to the goods, services or business of NAM system, a.s. and sending business messages.

1.3. The customer hereby grants the company NAM system, a.s. consent to the processing of their personal data for the purposes set out in Article 1.2. letter b).

1.4. The Customer acknowledges that they are obliged to state their personal data (when applying for registration, in their user account, when ordering from the web interface of the store) correctly and truthfully and that they are obliged to inform NAM system, a.s. about any change in their personal data.

1.5. Except for persons transporting goods and performing debt collection, the customer's personal data will not be passed on to third parties without their prior consent.

1.6. Personal data will be processed:
(a) for the purposes set out in Article 1.2. letter (a) for a period, whatever happens the latest, (i) until all rights and obligations under the contract have been settled, or (ii) the registration has been terminated and for a further period of three years thereafter,
b) for the purposes referred to in Article 1.2. letter b) until the customer's consent to such processing is revoked.

Personal data will be processed in electronic form in an automated manner or in printed form in a non-automated manner.

1.7. The customer confirms that the personal data provided is accurate and acknowledges that for the purposes of sending information and business communication to the customer, this is a voluntary provision of personal data. The customer may revoke the consent to the processing of personal data for the purpose of sending information and business communication at any time by a written notice delivered to the address of the registered office of NAM system, a.s.

1.8. In case the customer feels that NAM system, a.s. carries out the processing of the customer‘s personal data which is in conflict with the protection of the private and personal life of the buyer or in violation of the law, especially if the personal data are inaccurate with regard to the purpose of their processing, the customer may:

• request NAM system, a.s. or the processor for an explanation,

• require NAM system, a.s. to eliminate the resulting situation. In particular, it may be a matter of blocking, correcting, complementing or disposing of the personal data. If the customer's request according to the previous sentence is found legitimate, NAM system, a.s. removes the defective state immediately. If NAM system, a.s. does not comply with the request, the customer has the right to contact the Office for Personal Data Protection. This provision does not affect the right of the customer to contact the Office for Personal Data Protection directly with their complaint.

1.9. If the customer requests information about the processing of their personal data, the company NAM system, a.s. is obliged to provide this information without undue delay. NAM system, a.s. has the right to demand an adequate payment for the provision of information according to the previous sentence, not exceeding the costs necessary for the provision of information.
