Protection of personal data

1.1. The protection of personal data of a customer who is a natural person isregulated by Act No. 101/2000 Coll., On the protection of personal data, asamended, and the rules set out below in Article 1.2. to 1.9.

1.2. NAM system, a.s. processes the following personal data about the customerfrom the moment the customer applies for registration: name and surname,address of residence or place of business, identification number, taxidentification number, e-mail address, telephone number, order history,invoicing, delivery notes, related documents with the contract (hereinaftercollectively referred to as "personal data") for the purpose of:
a) fulfillment of rights and obligations of NAM system, a.s. from thecontract concluded with the customer and for the protection of the rights andinterests of NAM system, a.s. (e.g. debt collection, complaint procedures etc.),

b) for the purpose of sending information related to the goods, services orbusiness of NAM system, a.s. and sending business messages.

1.3. The customer hereby grants the company NAM system, a.s. consent to theprocessing of their personal data for the purposes set out in Article 1.2.letter b).

1.4. The Customer acknowledges that they are obliged to state their personaldata (when applying for registration, in their user account, when ordering fromthe web interface of the store) correctly and truthfully and that they areobliged to inform NAM system, a.s. about any change in their personal data.

1.5. Except for persons transporting goods and performing debt collection, thecustomer's personal data will not be passed on to third parties without their priorconsent.

1.6. Personal data will be processed:
(a) for the purposes set out in Article 1.2. letter (a) for a period, whateverhappens the latest, (i) until all rights and obligations under the contracthave been settled, or (ii) the registration has been terminated and for afurther period of three years thereafter,
b) for the purposes referred to in Article 1.2. letter b) until thecustomer's consent to such processing is revoked.

Personal data will be processed in electronic form in an automated manner orin printed form in a non-automated manner.

1.7. The customer confirms that the personal data provided is accurate andacknowledges that for the purposes of sending information and businesscommunication to the customer, this is a voluntary provision of personal data.The customer may revoke the consent to the processing of personal data for thepurpose of sending information and business communication at any time by awritten notice delivered to the address of the registered office of NAM system,a.s.

1.8. In case the customer feels that NAM system, a.s. carries out the processingof the customer‘s personal data which is in conflict with the protection of theprivate and personal life of the buyer or in violation of the law, especiallyif the personal data are inaccurate with regard to the purpose of theirprocessing, the customer may:

• request NAM system, a.s. or theprocessor for an explanation,

• require NAM system, a.s. to eliminatethe resulting situation. In particular, it may be a matter of blocking,correcting, complementing or disposing of the personal data. If the customer'srequest according to the previous sentence is found legitimate, NAM system,a.s. removes the defective state immediately. If NAM system, a.s. does not complywith the request, the customer has the right to contact the Office for PersonalData Protection. This provision does not affect the right of the customer tocontact the Office for Personal Data Protection directly with their complaint.

1.9. If the customer requests information about the processing of their personaldata, the company NAM system, a.s. is obliged to provide this informationwithout undue delay. NAM system, a.s. has the right to demand an adequatepayment for the provision of information according to the previous sentence,not exceeding the costs necessary for the provision of information.
